Welcome to eBayJerk.com.
The site where you can see for yourself just how Jerky some eBay users can be.

Why this site? Well, frankly the system which eBay provides for users to express their pleasure or displeasure with their transactions leaves a little to be desired. While this is understandable - as there is only so much server space for detailed information - we still need something just a little better, so folks can make sure that any issues they have with a buyer or seller can be completely covered, and so other users can get a full and complete picture of any given transaction, instead of the limited "80 characters" which eBay is able to provide.

While the eBay feedback system works fairly well, every once in a while a bad transaction takes place where either the Seller doesn't meet their responsibility or the Buyer doesn't meet theirs. In these cases, sometimes the devil is in the details, and without details an inaccurate view of the situation can result.

These cases often start with a negative feedback from one party in the transaction to the other. eBay has thoughtfully included the ability to "reply" to this negative feedback to allow the receiver of the negative feedback to state any mitigating circumstances in the transaction that might excuse the party for the negative feedback. One would hope that this ability would be sufficient, but unfortunately this is not always the case.

Sometimes, the receiver of negative feedback will commit the dark act of Retaliatory Negative Feedback. What is RNF? Well, in short is is the act of giving an eBay user a negative feedback for no other reason than to punish them for giving you negative feedback. This is an abuse of the eBay feedback system, and usually is a good indication that you are dealing with an eBayJerk.
